Energy Healing is fast becoming the way of the world. Reiki and Seichim have been around for a very long time and today's society is crying out for more peace and stillness within an extremely fast paced world. Reiki and Seichim are practices whereby vpractitioner places their hands on their client, and the flow of universal energy is then transferred and released throughout the client's body. With the amount of stress and toxins people of today are exposed to, it is very likely that we develop energy blockages from time to time throughout our bodies. When we have a Reiki and Seichim treatment, this not only assists these blockages to release, but it also increases our energy and creates it to flow freely once againg
It is extremely vital our energy flows freely without becoming trapped and stagnant. With blockages, we can become run down and ill, which in the long term, can cause dis-harmony and dis-ease within our bodies. It is extremely beneficial, when you take the time to indulge and experience a relaxing Reiki & Seichim treatment. No two treatments are the same, as they are very personal. During a treatment, we may address low energy, insomnia and anxiety to name a few. Reiki and Seichim may assist in treating anything Physical, Emotional and Spiritual. CHAKRA BALANCING

We have energy centres of spiritual power within our body known as 'Chakras'. These energy centres when balanced, spin like a perfectly rounded wheel. Our Chakras align with our spine, beginning at the base of our spine and move up towards the "Crown" of our head.
I personally work with the main 7 Chakras by re-balancing, re-aligning and by ensuring they are open and spinning in the correct direction. When this is done, it creates a generous amount of 'Prana' which is the invisible energy which flows through and around our body. Prana is also known as 'The Universal Life Force ' or 'Life Energy'. When our Chakras are balanced, this Prana energy flows freely, which in turn, aids us in feeling more vibrant, energetic and alive!
