***I contacted THE MIND EASE as I was having horrible nightmares and anxiety over a few different things but my worst one was about my mum who I’d lost over 10 years ago. I held a lot of guilt because I wasn’t there when she passed away. I was having constant nightmares that all these years she has been waiting in the hospital for me. As you would imagine, the guilt was unbearable.
After having both an amazing Reiki healing and an EFT session with Connie, well all I can say is AMAZING! That night I woke myself up laughing after nightmares for 10 years every night!
